He also mentions nutrition and specifically how eating certain vegetables affects your cells, and how they react. I have long been a proponent of incorporating lots of vegetables – preferably raw – into our diets. Here is the scientific reason to do so.

Introducing Dr. Bruce Lipton

Here is Dr. Bruce Lipton with a more detailed explanation. I love his book “Biology of Belief” that teaches how the energy around our bodies is part of our system and how we must take care of our whole self, not just our physical self. To be happy, you must change how you see things…

Your happiness depends on how your brain processes your life experience. I have seen wealthy people who are terribly unhappy and poor people who are beaming with happiness and peace. How often have you said these words “I will be happy when…” making  happiness dependent upon circumstances that may be out of your control, or unrealistic at best.

How can I be happy?

There are many ways to change habitual responses to negative stimuli. Energy healing assists in releasing the negative, false and limiting beliefs that are stored in your being. This is one positive and effective way to make the changes needed. You can write 3 things each day in a Gratitude journal and over a period of time you will see a change. Filling your mind with thoughts of gratitude occupies your thought patterns so you cannot think a negative thought. Plus, the more you express gratitude, the more you will receive things to be grateful for. This is a universal law. However, when you combine gratitude with the SimplyHealed™ method of energy healing, that change can happen immediately.

Don’t be confused…

Please do not confuse energy healing with religious spirituality. This is something that happens because religious spirituality is intangible and energy healing is intangible. Often times people think they are the same and all they need to do is pray rather than seek the treatment options they have been blessed with. Energy therapy is a companion to all therapies. I wrote a Manifestation List for myself once…  One of the points I made was regarding my home. I wrote about how grateful I was to live in my well maintained and organized home. (I know now that I needed to be a little more specific!) I had been feeling a little overwhelmed with taking care of some of the maintenance of my home. A few short weeks later, I hired a company to clean my heater and they discovered my ducts had been compromised and that they were made with asbestos. After the new ducts were installed and everything was back to normal I felt gratitude swell within me as I remembered about the Manifestation List I had written! I was also very grateful for the financial abundance I enjoy so the cost of the repairs was not concerning – but that’s another blog post!

When you worry about your finances, you choose stress.
When instead, you trust and Pre-Pave: “My needs are met now and always”, you choose PEACE.

When you complain about your life, you choose discontent.
When you see your life as a dream and you are the creator of the dream, you choose PEACE.

When you gossip to a friend, you choose drama, then wonder why more shows up in your life.
When you allow others to live their life, without interpreting how they should live it, you choose PEACE.

When you insist on discussing old hurts from the past, you invite pain.
When you forgive, and Pre-Pave: “I am healed”, you choose PEACE.

An old saying…

I’d like to share a story…

You may have heard someone in your lifetime share this little story. I love it and thank my friend Mary Pat for posting it on Facebook so I can share it with you.

“An old Cherokee told his grandson, “My son, there is a battle between two wolves inside us all. One is Evil. It is anger, jealousy, greed, resentment, inferiority, lies and ego.

The other is Good. It is joy, peace, love, hope, humility, kindness, empathy, and truth.”

 

The boy thought about it, and asked, “Grandfather, which wolf wins?”
The old man quietly replied, “The one you feed.”

Isn’t that just so true?! I have seen many clients of mine come to me with the problem of feeding the “evil wolf”. I rejoice in their accomplishments when they realize it is safe and easy to feed the “good wolf”. We all, at times, choose to feed that evil wolf. The triumph comes when we realize our life is full of choices, and when we choose to feed the good wolf, we are happy and content.

Another thought…

DSC_0004Talking with my grandsons the other day made me think… When we are tired, hungry or feeling stressed, we may not always be able to be our best selves with our loved ones. It’s important to schedule your day so the ones you love have you as your best self. I realize that isn’t always possible, but a worthy goal to strive for. I’m so grateful for the knowledge of energy work because utilizing this wonderful tool has made it so much easier and natural to be my best self more often than ever before. I hope you will allow me the opportunity to assist you in finding balance in this very fast paced world we live in!
