When doTERRA began in 2008, they iniated a Founders Club and awarded 24 people the status of US Founder. As a Founder they received 1% of up to 1 billion dollars in revenue each year, equally divided amongst them. When they started out, the payout was small… but it quickly grew. With over 9 million customers, the yearly payout was $500k. Those 24 original founders are paying it back by forfeiting their 1% to the new US Founders 2.0 Club. The 200 winners will receive not only 1% divided amongst them but doTERRA is adding another percent raising the total payout to 2% of $1 Billion to $2 Billion in revenue. The payout conservatively would be about $100k a year beyond what you make on your own organization.

To qualify, you must be one of the first 200 to reach 1,000 Founder points. Points will be awarded for your personal achievements, as well as the achievements of your personal enrollees. In my opinion, it would be easier for a new person rather than someone already in a leadership position because they will get the points for each of the lower ranks. This race begins May 15th.
