Creating your new life using Manifestation Lists!

What are you creating?

As humans on this earth, we are responsible for creating the life we want! One very successful way I have found to accomplish this is by writing a “Manifestation List!” (You may be more familiar with “writing your goals”)

What to write??

There is something powerful to writing down what you are trying to create. I have seen MANY successes with my clients in writing a positive Manifestation List.

A Manifestation List can be written about

  • Your career
  • A relationship
  • Health
  • Business
  • your overall life

Maybe you would like to be the perfect weight for you but haven’t been able to get past that plateau. Or maybe you’ve wanted to make a change but haven’t been able to see the fruits of your labors… The possibilities are limitless!

I wrote a Manifestation List for myself once…  One of the points I made was regarding my home. I wrote about how grateful I was to live in my well maintained and organized home. (I know now that I needed to be a little more specific!) I had been feeling a little overwhelmed with taking care of some of the maintenance of my home. A few short weeks later, I hired a company to clean my heater and they discovered my ducts had been compromised and that they were made with asbestos. After the new ducts were installed and everything was back to normal I felt gratitude swell within me as I remembered about the Manifestation List I had written! I was also very grateful for the financial abundance I enjoy so the cost of the repairs was not concerning – but that’s another blog post!

  1. I love using manifestation lists. I also incorporate vision boards (I like the creativity that goes into creating one). Wonderful blog! Thank you for being a Light to those who are discovering their magnificence.

  2. this is wonderful. I have written my manifestation list and when I know it, believe it and feel it, it always happens the right way.

  3. Visiting from the UBC. I’m glad they found and removed the asbestos. That is a dangerous substance to find in your home.

I find I am a very organized person, although throwing two small children into the mix tends to bring some disorder to my life.

I am very list driven 🙂

I like the idea of making a list of what you want to see/feel…

  4. This blog seems so peaceful. Mine is all about bashing in things like debt and financial stress. Maybe there is harmony in the ethers between the two. LOL.

  5. I am a list maker. I love crossing the things off as I get them done. My neighbors call me “organized”, but if they saw my office they would probably change their minds!

  6. Great article. The word Manifestation is so much more empowering than the word goals. That might even change my list a bit. Thanks again Loretta

  7. Excellent ideas. I like the use of the word “manifestation” rather than goals. For me it takes it to another level.

    • That’s awesome Rob. There’s great power in the way the list is written and in integrating it into your energy system! I have witnessed miracles!
