Effects of happiness…
I saw this posted on Facebook. Shawn Achor humorously and brilliantly sheds some light on what I work with on a daily basis with my clients. If you have a moment, click here and enjoy this clip...
To be happy, you must change how you see things…
Your happiness depends on how your brain processes your life experience. I have seen wealthy people who are terribly unhappy and poor people who are beaming with happiness and peace. How often have you said these words “I will be happy when…” making happiness dependent upon circumstances that may be out of your control, or unrealistic at best.
How can I be happy?
There are many ways to change habitual responses to negative stimuli. Energy healing assists in releasing the negative, false and limiting beliefs that are stored in your being. The result is happiness and joy – the precursor to success! Yes, it’s really that simple! In the video, Gratitude journals are mentioned. This is one positive and effective way to make the changes needed. You can write 3 things each day in a Gratitude journal and over a period of time you will see a change. Filling your mind with thoughts of gratitude occupies your thought patterns so you cannot think a negative thought. Plus, the more you express gratitude, the more you will receive things to be grateful for. This is a universal law. However, when you combine gratitude with the SimplyHealed™ method of energy healing, that change can happen immediately.
Happiness is a choice
Never put off being happy until… Be happy today. Life is too short to be unhappy! Do something for yourself today and explore my site. If what you see here resonates with you, book a session and begin a new journey.
Don’t be confused…
Please do not confuse energy healing with religious spirituality. This is something that happens because religious spirituality is intangible and energy healing is intangible. Often times people think they are the same and all they need to do is pray rather than seek the treatment options they have been blessed with. Energy therapy is a companion to all therapies. If you needed to go to a doctor, you wouldn’t refrain from going by relying only on prayer, would you? When I go to a doctor, I pray for an accurate diagnosis. When I go to a chiropractor, I pray for an effective adjustment. When I go to an energy practitioner, I pray the blocks will be revealed so they may be cleared. We have been blessed with many different choices for maintaining our health. Energy healing, especially the SimplyHealed™ method is a wonderfully effective gift to be enjoyed by everyone!
Meet Loretta
Manifesting success is the only true way to achieve it. I have the tools to assist you in manifesting the success you desire in all areas of life. SimplyHealed™ is very simple… and it is lightning fast! I experienced this for myself when I realized I had manifested what I didn’t want in my life. Now I have the peace, joy and gratitude in my life that I was meant to have. I am blessed with a loving and supportive husband, children and grandchildren that I adore. I enjoy running, swing dancing, bicycling, nature walks and being on the beach. Eating to support a healthy body is my passion!
Happiness is definitely a muscle that needs exercise. At times, even the most optimistic people can fall into a negative loop and our brains are wired to keep us there. That’s why I love the work you do, Loretta. Energy work is like fixing the scratch on a broken record so the needle doesn’t skip or get caught anymore. Was talking with my Mom recently about energy work and the spirituality/religion question and she put it beautifully saying “Metaphysics actually gives religion credibility. How else can you explain or prove many religious beliefs without understanding that God is energy.” Yep, she’s amazing.
LOVE that analogy! Thank you Valri! I would love to meet your mom sometime!
Yes your post inspires me!!!
It’s always an inspiration to read your posts. Thanks!
Thank you Stephen
Happiness All The Way 🙂 A smile goes a long way 🙂
I’ve gotta get back to my gratitude journal!! It was so cathartic!

Thanks, Loretta. I find that focusing on happiness as soon as I notice that something seems to be ripping apart my happiness, helps me bring myself back into alignment of personal choice to be happy and not let anything else interfere with that. It takes tenacity at times and perseverance. Being happy is a healthy choice.
yes indeed! Thank you, Mary!
Nice photo, Geoff!
I will pass that along… thanks Fred 🙂
Happiness just feels better than the other choice. I can hardly wait to work with you on energy, Loretta! Yes, I choose happiness but sometimes I give the sad things of the world some of my attention and would like to break that!
I’m looking forward to our session, too! Thanks Laurie!
I am happy. Yes, it is a decision, but it’s also an experience and it feels so much better than the other choice! 🙂
As always Loretta, your post is inspiring and thought provoking. Very similar to what I posted today. have a blessed Friday and a great weekend….of happiness 🙂
Very sweet reminder 🙂
So true!
You decide to be happy or unhappy. I prefer to have a positive outlook and spend my days being happy. Life is too short to be unhappy.
Making the right choice is so important!! when your happiness is at stake!!
I was just speaking with someone about this yesterday. She has a recording of “Don’t Worry Be Happy” on her cell phone to play whenever she starts to feel anything else except happy!!
That’s a great tool! If we can divert our thoughts with something it always helps! thanks Meli!
Awesome Awesome post I totally agree. I just recently posted something similiar!!! I choose happiness!!!
You nailed it with this post, you cannot wait to be happy until???? Do it now. You always feel better when you smile as well even if in a bad mood:)
Have you read his book “The Happiness Advantage’? I just finished it as he was a guest at the It Works Conference in January in Florida. Amazing guy and I love his humor. If you haven’t read the book, get it.
I am usually a happy person.. good things going on in my life.. but stress is a tough one…
Yeah Rob! You win the prize for giving me the topic of my next blog post! 🙂
As we age we start to feel our mortality when loved ones and friends come to the end of their paths here on earth. That is why happiness and gratitude are so important. Don’t waste another moment wishing your life away. Thank the rain for bringing nourishment to flowers. THank your monthly bills for the things they provide you, gas, water, electricity. If you are feeling negative than maybe you DO Need your energy paths unblocked. Loretta works on my energy often and I feel grateful to her for unsticking me which allows me to grow.
Thank you Dani! Your words are words of truth 🙂 and I love the plug as well 🙂
I agree about happiness being a choice. I choose to be happy every day. I hope you do, too!
