Monday, Monday…

Love that song!

So why do you think Mondays seem drab – to put it mildly? What happened to the excitement of say Friday? Would it seem that the only days of the week to be excited for are the days of the weekend when you are not working, but rather playing?

Is our response to Monday conditioned?

This topic has been needling me for awhile. When I was a child, I had a childhood friend who when Sunday afternoon was approaching evening, she would say the same thing, “I was having fun until I remembered tomorrow’s …SCHOOOOOL…” So many of us have this same emotion carried over into our adult lives when as Sunday draws to a close, the freedom of the weekend turns into the drag of the ensuing week, and Monday doldrums. This does not need to be so!

To be happy, you must change how you see things…

Your happiness depends on how your brain processes your life experience. I have seen wealthy people who are terribly unhappy and poor people who are beaming with happiness and peace. How often have you said these words “I will be happy when…” making  happiness dependent upon circumstances that may be out of your control, or unrealistic at best.

How can I be happy?

There are many ways to change habitual responses to negative stimuli. Energy healing assists in releasing the negative, false and limiting beliefs that are stored in your being. The result is happiness and joy – the precursor to success! Yes, it’s really that simple! In the video, Gratitude journals are mentioned. This is one positive and effective way to make the changes needed. You can write 3 things each day in a Gratitude journal and over a period of time you will see a change. Filling your mind with thoughts of gratitude occupies your thought patterns so you cannot think a negative thought. Plus, the more you express gratitude, the more you will receive things to be grateful for. This is a universal law. However, when you combine gratitude with the SimplyHealed™ method of energy healing, that change can happen immediately.

Don’t be confused…

Please do not confuse energy healing with religious spirituality. This is something that happens because religious spirituality is intangible and energy healing is intangible. I wrote a Manifestation List for myself once…  One of the points I made was regarding my home. I wrote about how grateful I was to live in my well maintained and organized home. (I know now that I needed to be a little more specific!) I had been feeling a little overwhelmed with taking care of some of the maintenance of my home. A few short weeks later, I hired a company to clean my heater and they discovered my ducts had been compromised and that they were made with asbestos. After the new ducts were installed and everything was back to normal I felt gratitude swell within me as I remembered about the Manifestation List I had written! I was also very grateful for the financial abundance I enjoy so the cost of the repairs was not concerning – but that’s another blog post!

What is this stress thing… exactly?

Much has been said about Stress

I have enjoyed all the comments I have received lately about this blog. It’s wonderful to hear how I may have helped others. In my practice, there seems to be a recurring concern… stress. I have heard so much about this topic, from the standpoint of western medicine, eastern medicine, holistic medicine, and energetic healing. So what is stress? I’ve heard it said that stress does not exist, but rather it is a manifestation of your environmental emotions. Some prescriptions for stress include

  • relaxation exercises
  • strenuous exercise
  • chocolate
  • “retail therapy”
  • deep breathing exercises
  • taking a walk in nature

All of these prescriptions are effective. Lee Holden claims deep breathing exercises detoxify the meridians and allow the body to release emotional negativity from all major organs.

My belief…

Stress is when you allow the negative emotions around you to penetrate your field of energy, this happens subconsciously. You feel over burdened, drained or sluggish. This is the first stage and may be referred to as “energetic stagnation“. The next stage manifests in muscle tension or pain. Then, if you don’t listen to your body, it moves to illness – such as a cold, flu or even a strained muscle. If you continue to ignore the symptoms, serious illness can occur. The SimplyHealed™ method of energy healing is extremely effective in releasing stress of all kind. Regular sessions can keep you in a “stress free zone”. This is a preventative approach to help you maintain overall health and well being. Remember, it’s not just making it through each day, but rather enjoying each and every day.

When you worry about your finances, you choose stress.
When instead, you trust and Pre-Pave: “My needs are met now and always”, you choose PEACE.

When you complain about your life, you choose discontent.
When you see your life as a dream and you are the creator of the dream, you choose PEACE.

When you gossip to a friend, you choose drama, then wonder why more shows up in your life.
