What is Freedom?
At this time of year, we think of freedoms. Let’s list some of the freedoms we enjoy. We enjoy living in a free country – free from bondage. We vote, we choose whether or not to serve in the military, we choose what job we will accept for the most part, and we also choose who to live the rest of our life with. We choose our friends, we choose our diet, and even our detergents. There are so many choices that we enjoy that are actually a result of our freedom!
I would just like to take a moment and express gratitude for all of those who have sacrificed life and limb to preserve the freedoms we enjoy in this the United States of America. My father, step father, uncles and father-in-law all served in the armed forces. Many of my friends and neighbors have served as well. It’s difficult for me to find the appropriate words to express my feelings of gratitude to those fine men and women who endured horrendous conditions that we may enjoy the freedoms we do today. There are many who have paid the ultimate sacrifice who should never be forgotten.
Good Health is FREEDOM
But there’s another freedom I would like to address. That’s the freedom we enjoy when we make wise choices. Wise choices can result in less stress, less addictions and less repercussions. When we choose healthy, balanced choices, we have a better quality of life. But sometimes, even though we try not to, we may make a choice that brings us some level of grief. The amount of damage that does to our body through storing the shock, trauma and negative emotions can be minimized with the use of energy healing. Post Traumatic Stress can be neutralized with the proper attention, and relationships can be repaired when paired with energy healing.
