Here’s the encouragement!
I talk a lot about eating properly and increasing more whole foods into our diets because I have see such an amazing change in my life, and in the life of my husband and family simply by changing our diet. It’s sad to see people struggle with health issues when we have amazing bodies that have the ability to heal if given the proper tools… The tools I recommend are whole, organic, raw foods, essential oils and energy work. It’s the perfect combination for making a difference!

I hope you will take to heart the encouragement and make a change! There really is a wonderful life once you are free of the addiction to processed sugar and convenience foods. It’s wonderful living life free of cravings with the energy to live the life you desire!

It’s amazing that we live in a country where education is so readily available and yet most people don’t even know the basic of healthy eating!

I have been focusing on eating more “whole” and healthy myself so this is a great resource. I think having a mix of plant-based foods with meat seems to work best for me.
