Do You Feel the Love?

The Month of Love

It’s been awhile since I did a blog post… I’ve been busy with my businesses, but I had to sit down and write this today… February traditionally is the month of love – at least that’s what society wants you to focus on. It’s big business after all, and gets the mind moving forward. But for many people nowadays this time of year is a very dark time. We are designed to need to be loved. Male & female needs differ in order to combine together and become one to procreate. However there seems to be a real disconnect going on with all the single people I am surrounded by. People are no longer able to commit to relationships for whatever reason. They are not able to commit to the ability to receive the level of companionship that is what the human body & soul crave. I’m grateful for the ability to shift energy, and have the pleasure of working with so many on this topic. How about doing something today… right now… for you… to ease that burden of not having that one person to feel one with – and I’m not just talking just intimacy here. Being one means being one in purpose, goals, intent, commitment. It’s companionship on all levels.

Maybe, just maybe, take moments throughout today to recognize the love all around you. As you recognize this love, express gratitude for it. As you express gratitude for it, that love will magnify. And as you feel gratitude for the love… I mean as you truly have heart felt gratitude for the love around you, you will attract more love to be grateful for. Now breathe deeply and exhale and allow yourself to feel the love… set aside all skepticism. Do you feel the love? Now… express gratitude and go throughout your day recognizing all the love – in all forms – and even share love with others! I would love to hear of your experiences!

Bringing Joy to Another

Bringing Joy to Another

treesA friend sent this to me. I recall reading it many years ago. At that time it left me with negative emotions and fuel to beat myself up with. Since that time, I’ve discovered that through the simple tools of energy work, I can leave those negative emotions behind. Now, as I read this poem, my heart is filled with joy and purpose!
I wanted to share it with you…
At Days End Is anybody happier because you passed his way?
Does anyone remember that you spoke to him today?

Can you say tonight, in parting with the day that’s slipping fast,
That you helped a single brother of the many that you passed?

Is a single heart rejoicing over what you did or said;
Does the man whose hopes were fading, now with courage look ahead?

Did you waste the day, or lose it? Was it well or sorely spent?
Did you leave a trail of kindness, or a scar of discontent?

As you close your eyes in slumber, do you think God will say,
“You have earned one more tomorrow by the work you did today”?

The Miracle of Friendship

I received this poem from a dear friend today. It lifted my spirit and brought gratitude to my heart.

Miracle of Friendship

I realize more and more how connected we are as beings on this earth. We respond to kindness and charitable acts and lift the burdens of others with our care and concern. Friendship is true and lasting. I cherish the friends I have today. They are so much a part of my life! Many of my friends I have not seen in years. Some of my dearest friends I haven’t even met in person, but because of the miracles of technology, I have been able to develop a close relationship with them. Our friends enrich our lives.

My friends… I just wanted to express my gratitude for you today and share a little beauty, love and joy with you!

What is your ‘Safety Net’?

A friend emailed me this video clip today. I’m sure it’s going viral by now… It’s a beautiful depiction of the importance of wearing your seat belts.

Are you a ‘risk taker’?

As I was driving today, an opinion was expressed on the radio about a 100 year old man celebrating his 100th birthday by skydiving. The opinion was that just because the man reached 100 years old that it shouldn’t be the cause of him risking his life, after all, you wouldn’t roll your walker in front of a train and then when the train derailed to miss hitting you, you wouldn’t say, “Look at the great thing I did in defying death!” The opinion was that one should never risk their life doing something that had no meaning. But the Wright Brothers risked their lives… and in so doing their inspiration evolved into my ability to fly to where ever I will rather than driving or traveling by boat.

But isn’t it risking your life to get out of bed each morning? You or I do not know what the future holds, or when our turn on this earth is over. Granted we want to live our very best lives possible, so many of us are not risk takers. But what constitutes a risk? What constitutes a risk for you? For me, eating sugar and refined foods constitutes a risk in the healthy function of my body. It is also a risk for me to go running in grass because there could be a hole or uneven surface that is hidden by the grass. Most of all, it is a risk not utilizing the energy healing training I have. I learned that lesson last year when I ignored symptoms of a urinary track infection. Oops!

What ticking time bomb?

Ticking time bomb? Who said that? Well, if we understand that negative emotions left unreleased eventually creates stress upon our bodies and that stress leads to serious illness, then WE are ticking time bombs! I should have kept a record of all the times I have released and cleared negative emotions in myself that had manifested in illness such as cold, flu, ear infection, injury, headache, etc, so I could prove to you that in fact, when you release and clear negative emotions using the SimplyHealed® protocol, you are actually clearing possibilities of more serious illnesses down the road. And when you clear the blocks preventing good financial abundance, you are preventing difficult financial challenges later in life when you’re retired and aging. Have you ever thought that no matter how hard you try, you can never get ahead in your finances? That thought alone is an indication there is something that needs to be cleared, and very possibly the emotions that produced that thought was inherited when you were born. How long are you willing to take that risk of not releasing those negative emotions?

I didn’t mean to alarm you!

DSC_0004My intention is only to educate. There is nothing to fear or worry about. Negative emotions are easily cleared from the energy systems of the body utilizing techniques that have been tried and tested for decades both in practice and in scientific testing. Providing these techniques as a ‘safety net’ for you is both a joy and a pleasure! I invite you to join me in a journey of good health and prosperity today!

Ahhh Tradition!

Tradition!

Some have traditions, others wish they had traditions, in the production Fiddler on the Roof, tradition has been put to song. The act of tradition warms the heart and brings family close. Tradition sparks emotion, yes, those very emotions that we store in our bodies that either boost us energetically or cause us to move into a state of dis-ease. This tradition cultivates positive emotions for me and feels wonderful!

A favorite tradition of mine…

Zion National Park

As family passes on and the last few members of a generation are left, some traditions become more cherished. Now this little family tradition of ours may seem silly to some, but it was started by a beloved aunt and uncle who live near Zion’s National Park. We all sit on a certain bench, and cross our legs in the same manner. In the home of our aunt and uncle, there is a wall full of pictures of family sitting in this pose!

Since there are rare times when family can visit us, we decided to extend this tradition when family can come! Our cousin had the same thought as we did that we should take this picture… I only wish we would have thought of this sooner when we have had other family members visit! When family visited this weekend, we took some similar pictures. We haven’t established the perfect bench or sitting area, but figure we will do it in all areas at the beach.

So this blog post is to establish that we are carrying on this simply but meaningful tradition. You see, traditions don’t need to be complex to be wonderful. They can be fun and silly, too! Of course, living with a photographer, one picture will never do! I’m just wondering which wall I should dedicate to my pictures of family with crossed legs at the beach!

You just never know

what silly things families will do that become cherished activities… that foster emotions that well up inside of us of the love we have for our families. I’m so grateful for the family that I love dearly!
